The School of Law offers a wide-ranging curriculum taught by professors recognized nationally as exceptional teachers and preeminent scholars.

The mission of the School is to help lawyers and legal institutions to meet the demands of a rapidly changing legal and professional environment. Moreover the Schools benefits from an extensive research activity that is used to transform our curriculum and produce the most prepared, educated and ethical lawyers. Students at the school have the opportunity to share their experiences in a cooperative spirit, both in and out of the classroom, and build a network that lasts well beyond their three years here.  Each year the school graduates over 200 legal scholars equipped to enter a worldwide legal community. 

In addition to Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, the School of Law offers a specialization program for qualified professionals already in the legal field, made up of magistrates, lawyers and notaries.

Dean : Francesco Capriglione

Professor of Economic Law at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi di Roma. Director of Level II University Master in Financial Markets and Activity Regulation at Università LUISS Guido Carli di Roma. Prof. Capriglione taught at Università LUISS Guido Carli di Roma (1979-2010), Università di Pisa (1990 -1998) and Università di Bari (1978-2000).He was a manager at the Bank of Italy (Legal Counsel) and was Advisor of the Italian Exchange Office (1993-2007).He is the author of numerous essays and monographic works, and has curated and directed  collective works, codes and commentaries. He belongs to the  executive management of Italian and foreign magazines (among which Rivista Trimestrale di Diritto dell’Economia, Law and Economics Yearly Review, Nuova giurisprudenza civile commentata, European Business Law Review).
